The preacher is known as Thabu Mbeki this is the name he constantly give us. He stays in Langa in a house but prefer to sleep in Observatory when he is drunk and can't go home. He was taken out the area towards Salt river, but he just keep on coming back. These type of cases has been reported to SAPS but there is no solution they just come back even when SAPS warn them. He was very loud and after he kept it up for about 5 minutes I called VS, who said they would send a car right away. The noise slackened off but returned after half an hour (just when I was dropping off again!), so I called VS to see if they'd sent someone and they said that they'd met the man outside Benado's (so I could hear him all the way from here!) and that he was hysterical and they were trying to calm him down to get him into the car. The noise then stopped with no further updates. Can anyone shed light on this? Was the man taken to Valkenberg or the police station?
