Unfortunately, Lobo does not want the type of assistance available. After initially being very happy at the Haven, he then called it a "jail". He wants money - but not have to work for it. He wants booze, ciggies and food - but also on a freebie basis. He *occasionally *goes to Langa but otherwise sleeps at a garage on the Main Road or some derelict house somewhere near Valkenberg. I haven't been able to establish exactly where it is. On the day that he gets his grant, he is broke (and drunk) by 4pm. I cannot begin to tell you the amount of (emotional) energy I have spent on him. He, unfortunately, also has a rather unhealthy relationship with the truth. If anyone can assist, it would be great because he really is a bright man.
