His name is Mongami Masimini, known as Lobo.  He is schizophrenic. He was
once with the Abri foundation.  Got him into the Haven in Paarl a few weeks
ago but he did a run. He is on a disability grant.  A certain bottle store
owner allows him to buy on the "book".......  He was top student in his
matric year and was also an American Field exchange student.  He initially
went to Medunsa to study medicine - but then the schizophrenia hit.
