Hello, I heard that there may be a liquor licence application for the house corner Norfolk and Lower Main roads. I think it is 10a Norfolk or now 16 Lower Main road. I see that there is construction at the moment. Does anyone know if this is true, and if so what is it for? Thank you Hilton
