Hi Rich and all,

The tag system has been sorted out at last!

*To make a month long mission and story short;*

Intersite who manage the Obs train station seems to not have settled the
power bill. As a result, for the past month, OPS (Obsid Public Safety) have
been operating without power and thus without our electronic patrol tag
system - radios - lights etc.

Residents have also complained to us as they were not able to buy any train
tickets for the whole month. Our communications and call for answers from
Intersite continues, as they have yet to give an explanation as to why this
happened. Our first correspondence from them since mid January - was
yesterday, when the power was restored.

All security patrols will now operate as per usual and our OPS manager is
dispatching patrol to all the needed areas. Note: all areas are patrolled
24/7 with the hotspot areas receiving more frequent patrols. If you
encounter an attempted crime incident /are a victim of crime, please make
sure to contact OPS (24/7) on
  phone 021-447-1066 or sms 072-063-1653
or email me with details of the incident. Once you've reported the crime to
us we enter it into our statistics and then structure patrols to include
more frequency in those areas as a crime prevention measure.

Feel free to contact me with queries!

Kind regards,

Ancois Bester Ms.
Office Manager
