This past Friday 17 Feb, around 7.30 a.m, I was returning home from an
early walk and making my way along the Liesbeek footpath in the
direction of the Observatory. Ahead of me was the figure of a lean
young man who sports braids and whom I often see in and around that
area, he may be living on the far riverbank. He has lately taken to
wearing a gown or coat that flaps open as he walks. One moment he was
there, the next not, at a bend in the path more or less opposite the
start of the Hartleyvale hockey grounds. I looked briefly around to
find him exposing himself to me under cover of an overhanging willow,
a few paces off the path. I spotted him in Obs this morning and warned
him that if he ever does anything like that again I will report him.
