Thanks for asking! Its going fine! Not sure what you mean by competition? Do you mean are we going to run any competitions or are we bothered by competing establishments?! We welcome competition from other establishments although we are pretty isolated down here! If the question was are we going to have any competitions/promotions then yes we will be doing something in the Obs area soon. As this is a crime related group I can add the following crime report - we have a security guard on all day and night and a car guard on duty at night. We have heard of the very occasional mugging (of our staff and staff nearby as they walk to work from the station) and we have had one incidence of a bag snatcher grabbing a guests handbag ( a while ago) as she got out of her car, but otherwise no incidents lately . It also helps that we are right next to the Courtyard who also have roving security. We are also fully compliant with our Liquor License up till 2am though we rarely trade that late - private functions being the exceptions.
