Saw the stop street too! Being a victim of an accident at that intersection that caused a substantial amount of damage to my car I was super-excited to see the Stop street. The only problem is will people actually stop? This seems to be an ever increasing problem, sadly enough with Obs locals. I think it;s the mentality that Obs is a sleepy village and "there's not much traffic, so why stop?" (by the way this was said to me by the Obs local that took my car out!)
Every time I leave my driveway and drive through Obs I feel like I'm fighting a battle, avoiding badly parked cars, pedestrians that insist on walking in the middle of the road and people that feel they're above traffic laws.
