Thanks for bringing this up. There is a cyclops (municipal) camera right on top of the Premier Centre between Wrench and Sussex Roads which is not fully utilised despite taxpayers forking out millions. Obsid and other role players have been trying to tackle this through city counsellors and other role players for a long time and indeed is is time we get value for our money.
