Tuesday a very tall, long-haired blond gentleman (with a slight Brit accent) came and requested a Haven passport as he had just been released from hospital and was now homeless. I was somewhat suspicious but gave him the passport. Shortly after attending part of the Social Issues Forum meeting this morning, a very well spoken young (black gentleman from Johannesburg) came to purchase 3 Haven passports. To cut a long story short - it was for the same guy I gave the passport to Tuesday - who still has it in his possession. Please be on alert for the tall blond who is scamming people. He speaks fairly convincingly. Sorry to put out such a negative posting.
