This guy approached me outside Spar. He saw me struggling with heavy bags but only approached me after I'd got them into my car. I didn't even give him a chance to get a word out, I just said "NO!". He totally looked like a druggie. Also, how rude to wait until I'd finished struggling to ask me for money!!!
Sheesh. But I agree, there seem to be more and more druggies begging in Obs nowadays. Any chance we can get them moved along?
