I thought I was going mad! I hear it too, and I'm in Ivy Street. It's very faint, I can hear it from the back garden during the day but inside only at night before sleep when it's quiet. It's been pretty constant. Quite irritating, I hope we can find the source and tell them to STFU. Jo
