Please take note of the reference number that will be issued to you, and please quote it on any follow up call relating to the same incident. Please be aware that at times of large system power failures resulting from winter storms the number of consumers trying to contact the TOC creates long waiting times in the queue on the TOC telephone number. During such instances it is better to send an e-mail or SMS to report a problem.
