The part below Lower Main Road, near Hartleyvale. Rose, perhaps it is a bargain if you see actual security patrols and are not harassed, but I don't see them. What I do see is the effects of no longer having visible patrols where I live. Also, I have in the past contacted the OBSID security cellphone number for the van that used to patrol lower Obs, and the response has not been great. Whoever has answered my calls has seemed unable to understand where I live.
