So a year after this issue was reported and i c nothing was done with regard to infilling in a floof plain. . The mounds of soil along the bank have been planted and effectively become a wall and I dont anything was removed.
I raise this issue as this friday/sat morn there was a music event at the river club. The noise from the music and the DJ announcer continued till 3am. I called law enforcement after been woken up by the noise. The problem here is that if the RIver Club gets away with breaking the law they can do what they please. What can be done o ensure they obey the laws and why is the City so lenient when they transgress?
