Not sure how that is relevant, and given the fact that Observatory is rife with homeless people at the moment, the point of OBSID giving homeless people 'a tough time' seems a little toothless. And I'll repeat, I have lived here for many years and I have never seen OBSID staff being rude or disrespectful to any homeless person. The point lacks substance.
