Ok lets try again. :0) If those affected by crime are not prepared to make a case and follow it through when someone is caught, they should not call for help in the first place and rather let the police do their job elsewhere in the neighbourhood where it is required . It kind of defeats the object of trying to stamp out crime , which is affecting us all and as we heard , these guys are seen the next day , up their same tricks.
