Natalie, I think you are correct about them being easy targets because they are recognised as foreigners, but I would hate to start thinking about foreigners as people who would be attracting criminals to our area.
I think we have a duty to try and make our village safe for everybody. But you are correct; we should try and resist unsustainable developments, that will reduce the quality of our life. If people want to develop, they should also be adding to the quality and safety of our life.
