My neighbour on the corner of Scott and Robins Road was burgled in the early hours of Saturday morning. He and I both heard a loud crash in the road, but neither of us could find the source. He subsequently discovered yesterday morning when entering the garage that a large toolbox with power tools including several angle grinders had been stolen. They entered the garage by cutting the lock on it. This is directly opposite where the horse box was until moved a few days ago. The criminal activity in Robins Road is increasing already. People have been scouting around looking into properties and vehicles. There have now been 3 nights in a row that I hear constant activity outside and cars being tampered with. Perhaps just testing but it is alarming. We need visible policing urgently.
