leptonlib-1.58 moved its header files to be under
liblept
and not the old leptonica.  OCRopus attempts to guess the include
header's path in configure.ac.  Depending on which versions of
packages one uses, chaos results.

I know the OCRopus developers are extremely busy, but there's a
gigantic problem with how include paths are specified in OCRopus that
really needs to be fixed now.  Fortunately no work on their part needs
to be done--I've already included the patch that fixes it all.  And
the bigger patch that enables libtool as well fixes everything such as
configure.ac.
