Congratulations for the release. To make things more consistent, I'm
in the process of renaming packages (and removing obsolete ones).
My idea is to have:
- Octave/Mac
- Octave/Windows - MinGW
- Octave/Windows - Visual C++

I'll also hide the "Octave Forge Windows Additional packages" section.
