Mantaining the "control" package?
Ok.

At least until the end of January 2009 I could improve this package.
After that date, I could stay in "bug fix only" mode, listening at the
octave-forge (this) list.

After becoming the mantainer of this package, how should I commit changes on it?
I think I should:
-silently commit trivial changes
-silently commit new functions
-ask for review on this list for big changes that could cause
regressions, and then commit them
Is this ok?
