Okay, I put half an incubator hat on and check RAT, the build, the licenses
and disclaimers etc which look okay at a quick glance.

But, I'm going to -1 this release currently because of the RC1 tag in the
names. When its released its no longer an RC but then the hashes etc don't
match. Rebuild it without the RC tag in the version and I think it'll be
good to go.
