You aren't wrong, I add RCX all the time, then instantly regret it when I
show other people! :)

There was a lot of discussion about git and its mutable tags a while ago, I
don't think there is a hard and fast rule on how you tag, but bear in mind,
if you send out a vote email into the archive and someone tries to trace it
back 5 years later, that tag pointer still needs to exist, you shouldn't
rename tags IMHO. So you might tag 0.6-RC1 then 0.6, thats your own choice
and largely down to how you document the ODF Toolkit release process.

Anyway, yeah cancel the vote, rerelease and open a new vote.
