Yes this is really a problem in POS and we must do something about it. I hope
to work on
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ-286 ASAP...

> 2. Other than the email in (1), there doesn't seem to be a way for staff

Yes I agree, anybody interested may have a look at
http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ-478

> 3. The GC email tells the user the exTax value of the certificate (yes,
> I know this is only relevant in VAT/GST countries)

You mean don't tell for the moment and you want to have it in ?

> 4. I'm sure this is jsut user error, but I couldn't figure out how to

Yes that's right AFAIK. BTW there is all is needed in eCommerce.

> 5. I didn't look too closely since 1-4 were real show-stoppers, but it's

I saw that Financials is recording something please see
http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ-478#action_12455173

Yes I am and Ray Barlow too and possibly other people I'm not aware of (I know
POS begin to interests more and more persons...).
Unfortunatly I have also some other duties/tasks to work on ...

With the Demo Data config, ought I be seeing a 12
alphanum account id somewhere in that table?
