This latest patch fixes the last issue that we could find in the quick
anonymous checkout process - not checking for a shipment method being provided.
It also updates the order total inline as a result of this.
Let's get this in there now as it's a really nice upgrade to the existing
processes and gives A LOT more flexibility for the community going forward.
