This isn't true in Hamilton... You can arrange assistance for university courses
or the language the course is taught in for about $10/hour sometimes up to 4
hours a week (depending on the metal of the student ;)) but the student will
most likely expect some work evaluation time built into this charge.

Knowing Mark, I suspect that the extra s is position was a typo, that the missing
'e' in chargeable was a typical americanism (a butchery of the language that is) and
isn't 'pleb'  a colloquialism...
