I also have just downloaded it and ran it a few times. It impressed me
greatly until I then ran our app that uses local interbase. It failed to
connect to IB, I had to restart it before a database connection could be
established.
I have local interbase running as a service on my NT4 machine. I hadn't
accessed it a few hours before running MemTurbo so I guess it decided to put
IB in the swapfile as it was not being used by anything.
Something to look out for esp on servers that don't get used overnight!

I just downloaded it and had a go, works nicely, and you tell it to run
every so often as well.... which would be very good for servers :)
