McAfee came with my laptop - but it's firewall drove me nuts (yes, I know this program has changed, I just compiled it, and yes it can access the internet) and I ended up disabling it. Our clients use various virus detection tools, AVG is very common. Many anti-virus tools have become very bloated and can be quite slow to interact with - Norton springs to mind.
