Hi Jeremy,

In your VPN connection (under Network Connections) you need to do the
following:

1. Right click on the VPN connection and choose Properties.
2. On the Networking tab, choose TCP/IP and click Properties.
3. On the General tab, click the Advanced button.
4. On the General tab (of the Advanced TCP/IP Settings), untick the "Use
default gateway on remote network" box.

This should fix your problem. You may have to reboot for it to take effect.

Subject: [DUG-Offtopic] VPN's

Hi All.
I have access to a VPN (internal Company one), and currently if I want to
access this, I need to manually initiate the connection...as you would
expect...but if I am connecting to home via Remote Desktop, then connect to
teh VPn, I loose my remote desktop.

What I am wondering is, if anyone knows, if I add another network card to my
PC, could I say that the VPN connection should/would use this 2nd n/work
card? the idea being if I DO Remote desktop into home to get into the VPN,
I wouldnt loose my remote desktop connection.

Thanks, Jeremy
