That's incorrect. I said:

2. Contributors. Any participant who has contributed significantly to
the OpenSolaris community can be named a contributor, giving them
the ability to vote in community-wide elections.

And my commentary was simply that if someone's contributed then
they should be entitled to a vote. Nowhere was the implication that
we should hand votes to anyone regardless of contribution.
