There are a lot of such potential SIGs.  A lot words that end in y:

    * observability
    * accessibility
    * security
    * RAS (all three of the words end in y)
    * scalability

And some that don't:

    * performance
    * g11n/l10n/i18n
    * virtualization
    * power management/green computing

Each of the items above has things that touch multiple consolidations, 
some projects which may be entirely unrelated to one another, and 
potentially fairly disparate areas of interest within the potential SIG.
