Okay, I'll take fault on the email. I used one of the drafts that was posted
earlier, and given that no one commented on it, I assume it was ok to post.
I've
since followed up on that mail trying to further clarify things.

As others have explained, we're doing something that we haven't before, and
each
person's interpretation of what we're supposed to do is entirely different. I
agree that it's a monumental waste of everyone's time, though it is a good
indication of how few of our current set of Members care about the governance
to
make me want to push for massive overhaul of our constitution.

Yes.

This is especially hard because none of us have any clue about how to form an
agenda on IRC. Due to the global reach of OpenSolaris, it's almost impossible
(realistically) to have everyone in the channel at any one time. We talked
about
having people moderated off by default, but then OGB members need to be there
to
make sure people have the opportunity of speaking - which again, isn't very
feasible. I'm open to ideas on how you organize a similar meeting on IRC, I
really am.

I've sent a mail to my home Community Group letting people know about the
meeting - I hope others do as well. But really, all the details got to
core-contrib-discuss - it's just that people aren't taking any notice.
