Well, we could at least pick topics to discuss and perhaps pick a few times
to discuss each one - like for example, we'll discuss ballot issue 553
at 7 AM PT, 1 PM PT and 2 AM PT.

But, unless there will be some *output* for the discussion, like we will
take votes at those times and if enough people vote "yes" then we will
include them on the ballot. (definition of "enough" should be decided first)

Also, someone from the OGB should be present at each "official" meeting time
to help moderate teh discussion would be good.

I think this is doable, but it is the chaos we have now that is turning
people away. I've heard others saying they wouldn't even bother to attend
because they knew it would be chaos.

is there a list somewhere of who has & has not participated from
each community? That would give the community facilitator something
to work with.
