That'll be in phase 2. We'll need to think about exactly how we control and implement delegated authority. Initially the status changes will be done by the site admins, as at present. It's likely that the delegated authority admin screen will look a little like http://auth.opensolaris.org/auth/admin/user_collectives.action?userId=2, the difference been that each delegated administrator will only be able to add/remove access to collectives that they have delegated authority for. -- Alan Burlison --
