I doubt anyone is in disagreement with you - probably just the consequences of the web app not being public enough for people to be able to work on it, and other priorities. FWIW, I'd *strongly* advocate that any membership is pro-active. People should have to apply for their status rather than the other way around. Anyone who can't take the time to apply themselves probably isn't interested in the community enough. I think that needs to be more explicit than just endorsing a particular community or project though. Glynn
