My read of 6.5 says that the only time the meek-grinder handle isn't
turned is when someone is _removed_ from the board.  Resignation or
dying "shall" cause us to replace me.

I think the 6.2 issue is that if there's a vote of no-confidence, the
community can vote "no confidence" in the entire board, and cause the
whole board to disappear.
