I'm not sure I completely understand what you are getting at here Ben. One of the roles for the OGB is to interact with Sun's designated representative (Bill Franklin). As I understand it from conversations with people, the OGB has been doing that, clarifying points and proceeding (albeit slowly for various valid reasons) to be clear on the situation. The OGB is free (expected, even) to make public the results of that communication when it's ready. To expect Bill to make public statements is to deny the OGB that constitutionally-mandated role, and to expect Bill to conduct a public discussion about Sun's business with all and sundry is an unreasonable expectation in my view.
