Maybe the OGB needs to remind Nexenta as well that the opensolaris
trademark policy isn't done yet and that they should tread carefully.

Indiana has, in the view of the bulk of the OGB, stepped
over a line.  the OGB should firmly state "we're not sure precisely
where the line is yet but it looks like you've crossed it.  please take
a big step back until we figure out where it is".

Indiana's use of "Opensolaris Developer Preview" is presumptuous, since
it's not currently the work of the community as a whole.
