Anyone happen to know if there is a reason the dev release train is
being held up for this as well?
I can understand that we would want the next 2010.<xx> release to be
nice and stable and completely understand the desire for re-branding -
Oracle paid a lot for Sun, and deserve to whack their logo/name all over
everything...
But ... at this stage, we are already up to build 139 or 140 internally
http://static.opensolaris.org/on/flagdays/136-140.html
and for those of us that live off the /dev tree, it would be most
excellent if we could still play along.
I'm particularly keen to have a play with a few of the new bits like
being able to control ZIL semantics per-dataset. ;) (in 140. I know -
I'm impatient!)
Anyone? ;)
Nathan.

Has there been any progress on this front?
From what I suspect part of the hold-up is due to an across
the board re-branding effort apart from testing and data center
moves. A re-spin of b134 happened as is evident from:
http://dlc.sun.com/osol/on/downloads/b134a/
Though it is not populated yet, it should happen after the release.
