Besides we're still learning the new release process and most of us
don't know all the details ourselves for full product releases.
For /dev builds, I don't know that we've written down any formal
criteria beyond "Does the tech lead think it's ready?"
In any case, seems more like questions for indiana-discuss than ogb-discuss,
since the OGB isn't involved in distro releases.
