Josh, The OGB can intervene when an OpenSolaris group - in this case ksh93 - appeals for arbitration. If there is a case, I suggest you ask the leaders of the ksh93 community to make it (or endorse your position) to the OGB and request arbitration or an Oracle liaison. The OGB will not take action otherwise and I would advise you to avoid the appearance of libel of any other community member.
