I'm not insinuating. I'm not interested in the GNU fud either.
Mr. John Beck is still *refusing* integration of the latest ksh93 and
modernization work for apparently no technical reason. In terms of
law, this would be a breach of social contract. Sun has defined the
rules for integration of community work into ON and now breaks them
for their own political gain. IMO this is nothing less than outrageous
dictatorship and not responsible cooperation with the community.

PS: Does the constitution have a clause that specifically gives the
OGB the power to suspend the membership in case of immoral behaviour
or behaviour which damages Opensolaris.org? Such a clause would apply
to Mr. John Beck.
