No. A Concentration roll is a skill check that's related to
constitution--*not* a constitution check. Creatures without an ability have
a modifier of 0 for that ability.

You've got it right on the head. :) Constitution checks deal with things
about your life force--and undead and constructs don't have a life force, so
don't have to worry.
