With the exception of any that have an over-riding need to *avoid*
one of the changes in the 3.5 SRD, I doubt very many publishers will
voluntarily choose not to use material from the version of D&D that
is currently being supported by WotC, since that will be the version
(assumedly) that the majority of the market for their own products
will be using. I mean, if the ranger really was broken, and the new
version really did fix it, then D&D players will adopt the new
version, and d20 publishers writing material based on the old version
will be shooting themselves in the foot.

Assume that 90% of all d20 products announced for the remainder of
2003 will be 3.5-compliant, and that the percentage will go up in
2004.
