I have a question so basic that I'm almost embarrassed to ask it: Are people operating under the D20STL are allowed to use "d20 System" on their products? If I follow correctly, the whole point of WotC declaring the term PI is to prohibit people from using the term as OGC while not following the rules for the D20STL.
