Add that to the list of flaws in the WotC OGL. In several ways, the WotC OGL fails to support the spirit of open-content development: PI (especially if the "forbidden words" interpretation is correct), restrictions on trademark usage, no requirement to actually make it practical to get content for reuse, and probably something else i've forgotten.


If you want true open-content game development, use the OOGL or a Creative Commons license. If you want to share the D20 content pool, use the WotC OGL.
