i'm gonna split a hair here: I think it is most likely that you are *not* in violation, provided the OGC in the OGC file is the entirety of the OGC in the compiled program. I also think that you will hear from WotC/Hasbro should you do this. Don't do it unless (1) you are convinced of your rectitude (never mind what any of us say) and (2) you are willing and able to afford to prove your rectitude. From what i've heard, this is the sort of thing that WotC cares about, for whatever reason. (Maybe retaining control over game licensing rights.)Ok... So if I distribute the un-compiled source ONLY, with, perhaps, a link to a free compiler, and the afore-mentioned SRD-type file I am not in violation.
BUT... If I compile the source prior to sending it out, even if I also include the source AND the SRD-type file, I am in violation?
