Basically, I agree.  Our original goal was to make a PDF for our own d20
project group's use.  A few people suggested we make it available to others,
and we said, why not?  Laying out the entire text anew, as per your
suggestion, would have made it even better, but it would have taken
considerably more time.

EN World supposedly is running a contest for the best looking PDF
conversion, so that my produce a better-looking PDF in the future.  

For those who want to pay some money for a PDF conversion that supposedly
(havent't seen it) has been totally reformatted, RPG Now is selling an SRD
