I am having different yet similar issues with the section 15 of a product that has a significant amount of re-used OGC that has been completely mis-attributed.
The section 15 in question contains the wrong information (generally speaking) for just about every single entry in it (which is about 50+ entries). But this same product contains some -NEW- OGC that I was hoping to use in an upcoming product. However, I know that the section 15 for this product is mangled, and I don't have the money to dig up each product on the S15 list and re-attribute them properly in my own S15, and I have received no response from the publisher regarding a fix to the misattributed Section 15 (we were in communication a year ago over the S15, and they agreed that it was mishandled, but have not yet fixed it).
